Dakota's quality and inspection process insures that your order is fulfilled and shipped accurately. However, sometimes an error or mistake may occur. We apologize should this have occurred. If your order has been received with the wrong items, please notify us within two (2) days of receipt. We will ship you the correct product and assume the shipping costs both ways.

To return a product please request a Return Authorization Number(RAN) by phone 1-800-879-7713 or contact us by email.

All items returned for credit are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The items being returned must be in new (unused) condition. All original packaging and product documentation, such as manuals, must accompany the returned goods.

Dakota Instruments Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Calibrations are warranted for up to six months after date of purchase, provided calibration seals where applicable have not been tampered with. It is assumed that equipment selected by the customer is constructed of materials compatible with gases and or liquids used. Proper selection is the responsibility of the customer. It is understood that gases and or liquids under pressure present inherent hazards to the user and to the equipment and it is deemed the responsibility of the customer that only operates with basic knowledge of the equipment and its limitations are permitted to control and operate with the equipment covered by warranty. Anything to the contrary will automatically void the liability of the company and provisions of this warranty. Defective products will be repaired or replaced solely at the discretion of the company at no charge. Shipping charges are borne by the customer. This warranty is void if the equipment is damaged by accident or misuse, or had been repaired or modified by anyone other than the company or factory authorized service facility. This warranty defines the obligation of Dakota and no other warranties expressed or implied are recognized.
